With all the things that went wrong with the reboot design, it’s a laugh a minute over here I tell you. Firstly, I password protected the site an hour or so before I rebooted on October 31st to allow myself time to get the layout and new pages/etc up without ruining the surprise and filling… read full entry »
For those of you who haven’t seen the hints and little graphical images splattered all over my entries recently: I decided to take part in the CSS Reboot Fall 2005. I’ve actually been designing with CSS and standards in mind for about a year now, so I didn’t use the reboot as an excuse to… read full entry »
I have to confess that when I create a new fanlisting, copying and pasting an existing hand-made admin page is easier than completely re-writing what will basically be the same thing with a few changes. So having just copied and renamed the mayo admin page for my new fanlisting, Pigeon Guano, I did a generic… read full entry »
So, if you didn’t see Karl’s edit on the last entry, the ISP issues have been fixed. There was a router down or something at Tiscali. Grr. Anyway, fixed.. which means I can now catch up on stuff. I’ll reply to e-mails etc as soon as possible. If you use Firefox: check this out. The… read full entry »
Karl’s ISP has had a boob-moment and has, for some absurd reason, banned Jemjabella.co.uk, Site5.com and any website hosted at Site5.com. The main problem… read full entry »

Off on holiday to Wales (UK) tomorrow morning and I won’t be back until Monday (I think).. have a good weekend everyone!
I ordered myself a new domain today. Accidentally. I know that sounds a little bit crazy but it’s simple really — I was checking the availabilty of tutorialtastic.co.uk (that won’t work until all the DNS is sorted should work now) for future reference (’cause at £1.99 a year it’s hard to go wrong) and because… read full entry »
I must confess I’m a bit of a Microsoft-aholic. Alright, their browser bugs the crap out of me and I could quite happily go on a ban-FrontPage rally.. but generally speaking I find their Operating System/s to be handy, easy to use and usually always immediate in their support of drivers. I use a legal… read full entry »
As if keeping up with the ever-changing standards and sets of code on the Internet wasn’t already hard enough, apparently we now need to know how to relatively position an elephant. I just don’t know how to keep up anymore! On a side note.. un-relate-ed (see that semi-pun in there? I know, I’m just too… read full entry »
