@Stephanie: I really wouldn’t consider the assumption that Jem is being paid to post this is ridiculous considering companies often pay bloggers and vloggers to host contests giving away their product, reviewing it, etc.
It’s a nice deed regardless. Seeing as I don’t fit the age or country requirements, I wish luck to everyone else entering!

I have to be honest, it/they looks a bit like those adapted cutlery sets you can get for disabled peeples *giggle* although from previous experience of buying Philips goods this should be great value and last a long time (going by my past Philips purchases)

@Shaun: Anyone who knows Jem somewhere beyond a superficial level would know she disapproves of sponsored posts on personal blogs. In fact, she has written about her dislike for PPPers before, discussing Google’s decision to drop the PageRank of link sellers. I’m aware that plenty of companies look to bloggers to market/review their products, and the idea that it happens itself isn’t ridiculous at all. Rather, I was stating it’s ridiculous to think Jem, of all people, would be paid for something she blogged about.
