Boss’s Orders!
My Boss told me before I left work this afternoon that I had to blog about how he has educated my musical tastes over the past two days because he’s been playing some old Christmas music. I actually want to blog about how much I’d love to shove the CDs somewhere not-so-CD-shaped because now I can’t stop humming Oh Come All Ye Faithful and Jingle Bells. However, as I know there’s a very good chance that he’s reading this I’m just going to pretend that his obviously superior taste in music has brightened up my Christmas.
So, thanks Boss. Merry Christmas to you too!

I give this entry a 10/10 rating, mostly because of the way you call your Boss “Boss” as if that was his actual name. It made me grin.

Haha!!! That’s funny that he told you to do that! Will you post about the QBee?

Haha, well considering my ‘boss’ is my ‘dad’ and he knows I blog, he always bugs me to write about him and what he’s selling or w/e. Heh, but it’s always a ‘no’ :P

I don’t think any of my bosses have made me listen to Christmas music though one of my supervisors made a singing Santa toy sing into the intercom at Sainsbury’s. That was funny.

At least he didn’t force you to listen to Mariah Carey. *snigger* Maybe I’ll make it an auto-loop on my site for you ;)

*grins* ah I sooo love to listen to christmas carrols over the winter holidays… however… not starting two weeks before christmas eve. How about two days? Grr… but I still have classes till next friday, and the uni won’t ‘play’ any sort of songs. They do have this absolutely terribly decorated christmas tree in the hall at the ground floor. But I still grin whenever I see it. :D … and shame : I’ve been listening to Mariah Carey’s “All I want for Christmas”. Puts me in good mood. :P

Ooh Jem, I’m sure your Boss would love to know that you’d like to shove his CDs somewhere not-so-CD-shaped. I bet he gets that all the time! Heh, this entry gets a 10/10 rating from me too.

Hehe, sounds like you and your boss have an excellent office-relationship! And whoa, he’s passing on the Christmas spirit on to you. :P It’s hard to find bosses that will do that.

I’m not saying it’s a bad song, I like it. I just know it would cause Jem to rip her hair out ;)

I like listening to Christmas music throughout December, since it’s my Dad’s rules that we can only listen in December. :D (I’d probably love your boss! lol)

hehe, your post put a smile on my face. I wouldn’t want to hear Christmas music all day at work either. Luckily for me, I just get a few odd Christmas songs (odd in that they’re not the carol types) mixed in with some average to awful regular songs.

Sounds similiar to what i’m going through, actually. I work in JcPenney and they play the same music every day. Gets annoying after awhile, you know? :/ I like variety, not the same things played over and over. I find it pretty cool how your boss is somewhat involved and knows you have a site? hehe.
