What's this, Actual Lifting Videos? The spreadsheet of doom had squats at 85% and 2 X 1RM for deadlifts this morning. Squats were nothing to write home about, and I wasn't expecting the deadlifts to amount to much either because I've not consistently deadlifted since prior to lockdown. Vid one was 100kg going up nicely and vid two, the grrrrinder of a rep, was supposed to be 110kg, and it wasn't until I unloaded that I realised it was 120kg 🤦‍♀️ My 1RM pre-lockdown was 127.5kg so to just about make 120 after a full week of training was a nice surprise. (Apols for the shit angles 😂)
