WordPress Themes?

Now that I'm back in WordPress it would be much easier for me to write and release some freebie WordPress themes.

Good idea/bad idea?

Addenendum: I have been playing with the WP-Supercache plugin, which has the unfortunate side effect of breaking the themeswitcher. Although this has been turned off and I've emptied the cache, some of you may experience problems still. If a hard refresh (CTRL + F5 in Windows) doesn't fix it, please let me know including details on your browser, and what theme you're trying to use.

   If you have the time for it, I say good. There are many people who like free themes because they don't understand the working of Wordpress.

    Oh sure, it's not like you don't already have enough free stuff and e-drama. :P Good idea.

    By the way, I'm not sure if it's just me, but something is wrong with your theme-switcher. Whatever theme I change it too, it stays on the blue and black one, until I click on one of the first two links to your posts. The first post changes to the cloudy one. The second post changes to the mint chocolate one. Everything else seems to be the blue one. I really have no idea.

    Though I wrote my own this week and released it, and I haven't had any luck releasing it anywhere. Anybody got any tips?

    I would use. Since I know that your themes are superior to a lot of other ones out there. As for suggestions, why not take some of your photos and use them as a base?

    Sure.
    I gave up on WordPress because I hate how the themes are set up- 10+ different files for each one, and since I'm not a PHP Ninja like you, Jem, I don't get it. I'd use free themes, but I hate using layouts that aren't mine.

    that would be cool you make free themes i would uses oen if i like it lolz:)

    but how do i get the hight athers comant thing to color the hole coment of mine not just the text ....... its liek in em.... but i dont know about them :(
    i have it off now but maybe you know how to get it to work right

    I believe she's asking how she changes the colour of her entire comment with the highlight author WordPress plugin, as she currently only has the text colour set differently.
