Exhausted Post-Move

12 hours of moving furniture yesterday, I'm absolutely knackered. Argh :|

Anyway, not a proper blog, just wanted to let you all know that the Internet hasn't been connected at the flat yet, the cats are settling in nicely, and the guinea pigs didn't even notice we moved them really.

A couple of people have had intermittent problems with the site being 'down'. It's not down, I think it's an issue with the dns. However, there's no point wasting the host's time saying "some people can't get to my site" because they're not going to find that any use. So, if you do discover you can't get to my site, it'd be really handy if you could send me an email noting the time the site went down (approx) and, if you know how, do a traceroute and nslookup.

    Promise me you won't move house again for at least another 12 months...I'll need that to recover from this move! :) The flat is great, and I am sure you will both love living there.

    Your site always loads for me as well. Rev.iew.me is the problem on my computer unfortunately. :( Anyway, congrats, get settled and all of that mumbo-jumbo! PICS! That would be great!

    My problem is that for some reason the QBee site keeps telling me that the MySQL databases have gone away. Hmm...but I don't think that has anything to do with your move.

    Moving furniture is an exhausting thing to do for a few hours, let alone 12. Good thing the pets are taking everything well!

    I love moving, it gives me a sense of a clean slate and I love finding a place for all my stuff, even if I know within a month the place will look nothing like the way I want it.
