So, yep, I failed my Sugar Free September challenge.

After surviving the weekend before last when a dicky tum meant I was struggling to stay hydrated and thought I’d have to give up, I only went and ate a jaffa cake on Saturday by accident.

I see your raised eyebrow – but it was totally an accident. I put it in my mouth an started chewing before I remembered I was sugar free, and as ladies don’t spit I had to finish the jaffa cake. Just as I was starting to see some minimal weight loss too.

Oh well, I commiserated my loss by finishing the pack.

    I failed my first sugar-free month attempt, you’re not alone. Now that you have some experience, you can tackle it again some other time! Or just simply limiting your sugar is just as good. :)
