Spending Money
Why is it that it’s only when I have no money that I can think of things to buy? Still got my eye on Windows 7, there’s a bunch of stuff I want for Izz (red and white spotty leg-warmers, doidy cup etc) and several books (including Affluenza; how apt!) Still, it’ll all have to wait, because this month I bought:
Virtual cookies if you can tell me what it is without cheating…

This post is over 6 months old. This means that, despite my best intentions, it may no longer be accurate. Age, motherhood, experience, loss... these things have all changed me from when this blog was started back in the heady (ha) days of my youth.
As much as I would like to go back and edit 10 years of archives to provide an insight into the 'me' of now — to update coding snippets and revise website advice — it would probably take years to do so (by which point I'd have to start again!) This would defeat the point of keeping these archives anyway.
Please take these posts for what they are: a brief look into my past, my history, my journey.

I too thought it was a sling/baby wrap, but then second guessed myself because I thought you wouldn’t make it that easy. Apparently you did.

I would have said a thin blanket of some sort, but that’s cause I forgot about the whole sling thing :P Hehe, ‘sling thing’ rhymes.

I’m exactly the same, the moment I don’t have money I find a bunch of stuff that I want. Saying that though, when I do have money I still manage to buy a load of crap too!

I was about to say "bedsheet or shower curtain" until I saw the first few comments. Hahaha. :P

I was going to also say sling or a pair of pants. Though why you would wear pants with whales on them I don’t know, but some people do cause I seen that print on a pair the other day.

I considered saying ‘sling’ but as you had already told me you’d ordered it I thought that would be unfair. You can cross the Doidy cup off the wish list though XD in Izz’s favourite colour of course.

I have to say, this way up the whale/sea looks like a man’s crotch with a codpiece. I spent ages trying to figure out if you’d actually bought something sexual or if I was seeing things. Still, I’m sure Izzy will love it ;)

I definitely thought they were pajama pants. Hurrah for a super cute sling though!
