Oh yes, it’s almost that time of year again! No, I don’t mean Christmas (although: woohoo, almost Christmas), but National Novel Writing Month. I don’t think ‘net based companies realise how frickin’ irritating it is when they deliver really crap customer service (or in some cases, none at all!)
